Axis Gallery is pleased to present the solo show, "Chance Encounters", by artist Shirley Hazlett in September 2012.
The artist states about her work:
"I am fascinated by abundant possibilities that emerge through chance. A conscious interaction with random occurrences is central to my process of painting."
Shirley Hazlett will be participating in the Capitol Artists' Studio Tour (CAST) and will be at Axis Gallery on all four CAST studio tour days: September 8-9 and 15-16, 10:00am-5:00pm.
