Tours by maid in costume. Colonial revival/craftsman home built 1911 by Freda Ehmann. Headquarters of Butte County Historical Society. May rent for meetings, weddings, parties, other events. RSVP 877-7436 for private tea parties for two, four or six people, with sweets and music on Saturdays 1-3 p.m.; donation $10 per person. Only day open. Weekly.
